Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Armorix, your satisfaction and confidence in our products are extremely important to us. We are committed to ensuring that every piece of apparel—whether it is a T-shirt, uniform, jacket, or accessory—reaches you in excellent condition and meets our quality standards.

This policy outlines our return, replacement, and refund process clearly to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable.

Order Verification & Quality Checks

Before dispatch, every Armorix order goes through careful inspection to ensure quality and accuracy. Our process includes:

• Checking fabric quality, stitching, and finishing
• Verifying correct size and product details
• Ensuring secure packaging to protect products during transit
• Confirming order accuracy before shipment

Only after completing these checks is your order dispatched.

Return & Replacement Window

Armorix provides a 7-day replacement guarantee in the following situations:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
Incorrect product delivered

To qualify for a replacement:

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and unwashed
Original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories must be intact

After the returned item is received and verified by our team, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost. Replacement delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after verification.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

• Replacement product is not available
• The order was cancelled before dispatch

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or replacement:

• Clothing that has been worn, washed, or used
• Products returned without original tags or packaging
• Items showing visible signs of wear or damage after delivery
Clearance or discounted products (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your Order ID, product details, and reason for return

  3. Provide clear photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective

Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your package appears damaged during delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery and informing us immediately.

If damage is discovered after opening the package:

• Report it within 48 hours with photos or videos.

If any items or accessories are missing:

• Report within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranty & After-Sales Support

Most Armorix products are apparel items and do not carry manufacturer warranties. However, we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch.

Any product-specific warranty (if applicable) will be mentioned on the product page or invoice.

Requests made beyond the return window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
