At Armorix, we understand that timely and secure delivery is just as important as the quality of the apparel you purchase. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping charges, delivery timelines, and conditions for orders placed within India.
Shipping Coverage
Currently, Armorix ships products across India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
We aim to keep shipping simple and transparent:
• Free Standard Delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000 within India
• Orders below ₹5,000 are subject to a flat shipping fee of ₹149
• Express Delivery, where available, can be selected at checkout for an additional charge starting from ₹299, depending on location and package size
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment updates through:
• Email confirmation with tracking details
• SMS or WhatsApp notifications, if opted in during checkout
You can also track your order anytime using the “Track My Order” option on our website by entering your order number.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
• Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 business days
• Express Delivery (India): 1–3 business days (available in select cities)
Delivery timelines may vary due to festivals, public holidays, weather conditions, sales events, or courier delays beyond our control.
Packaging & Handling
All Armorix products are packed carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Our packaging process includes:
• Secure protective packaging for clothing and accessories
• Careful handling to maintain product quality and hygiene
• Additional protection for bulk or high-value orders when required
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or unusually delayed, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
• Your Order ID
• Photos or videos of the package and product
After verification, Armorix may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation and applicable policy.
Failed Deliveries / Missed Attempts
If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, the courier partner may attempt delivery up to two additional times.
If the package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your address, landmark, and contact number are correct and reachable during checkout.
